Privacy & Security
-
To remove a match, tap on the profile of the user. Then press on the 3 buttons on the top right and select unmatch. Please report the user if they made you feel uncomfortable or unsafe.
-
We prioritize your comfort and safety on this app. We urge that if someone makes you feel unsafe or makes you uncomfortable, please report them.
Tap on their profile, or open the messages you have with this person. Then, press on the three dots in the upper-right-hand corner, and you’ll see the option to Unmatch, Block or Report & Block.
You’ll be asked to select a reason for the report. This way we can perform an efficient investigation into the profile. You’ll also be asked to provide a screenshot. We believe you, it just helps our review process.
Once completed, the person will be blocked and won’t be able to contact you or see your profile. Our team will review the profile and act accordingly. Safety is essential to Tayst’s functionality and environment, so we will thoroughly review any reports that are made.
-

We do encourage users to include this information on their profile. However, if you don’t want to display this on your profile, you don’t have to. You can manage this information in your profile settings.
-
When you connect your contact list, this allows you to connect with friends already on the app, or send an invite to someone not yet on the app.
To connect with a friend you already know, you will have the option to send a request. In order to connect, both members will have to accept the connection request. You can view connection requests in your app notifications.
